We have a plan for fleet-level deployment of autonomous vehicles, and we need your expertise to make this a reality.
About the Role:
This role requires leading the integration and validation efforts for our autonomy kit and autonomous vehicles as part of our cross-functional engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of production schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Develop strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflow.
- Conduct bench testing of hardware sub-assemblies and system level integration tests.
- Establish on-field monitoring programmes and root cause analysis efforts for process and product improvements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Establish and maintain QA standards across production lines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, Production Management, or a related field;
4-6 years experience in a Robotics/Production/Manufacturing environment;
Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems;
Familiarity with embedded systems, PLC, and Linux is a plus.
