GTO provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations.


We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint that can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide.


Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation, and straight-through processing.



About the Role


As Chief Digital Transformation Officer, Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technology solutions through projects and change requests in the Unified Communication domain.


You will work effectively with other Bank teams and external vendors to achieve this goal.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Ensuring all aspects of business requirements are understood and defined;
  • Performing impact analysis of the requirements, coordinating and working with other teams and vendors to estimate effort and costs;
  • Managing functional specifications, design, build, test, and deploy solutions in accordance with specifications;
  • Being the subject matter expert and providing associated support for the team's suite of applications;
  • Consulting with users to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, functional requirements, business/operational processes, problems, input, and output requirements, and levels of systems access;
  • Managing end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants, and other IT teams in the feasibility assessment, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of existing or new systems;
  • Tracking and documenting changes for functional and business specifications; writing detailed universally understood processes/steps/requirements for use in training;
  • Identifying opportunities for improving business processes, user interface, functionality through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assisting in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes;
  • Working with multiple teams, including vendors, to analyze requirements, perform impact analysis for enhancements;
  • Defining training materials and conducting formal system and user training sessions; facilitating train-the-trainer approach; assisting in training/mentoring other staff on the project;
  • Anticipating, analyzing, addressing, and resolving any functional or non-functional issues or risks either independently or together with relevant stakeholders and proposing alternative solutions as necessary, with consideration of timeline;
  • Estimating cost and preparing business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development, and support.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering. Diploma with relevant job experience in lieu of degree may be considered;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in various technology delivery roles within the software delivery life cycle, with at least analyst or designer role;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, written, and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in the Banking sector, especially around digital channels of communication (e.g., text/audio/video chat);
  • Domain expertise and good technology knowledge in areas like Unified Communication, Contact Centre, Collections, Telesales, and banking applications;
  • Skills in Avaya and Tetherfi technologies are desirable;
  • Good understanding and experience in various DevOps/software management tools, for example Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket, Jenkins, Artifactory.


Salary Range


The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
