Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Regular Doctor to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a crucial role in managing acute and chronic medical conditions for all ages, while also providing preventive care and minor clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Manage acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages, with a focus on treatment plans and health outcomes.
- Preventive Care: Provide health screening, vaccinations, and other preventive measures to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Minor Clinical Procedures: Perform wound care assessments, minor swab procedures, and phlebotomy, assisted by nurses when necessary.
- Lab Results and Reports: Review lab results and other procedure reports to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Pre-Employment Medical Check-Ups: Conduct pre-employment medical check-ups and provide certificates as required.
- Specialized Services: Offer skincare, weight loss coaching, pap smear, men's health, and women's health services.
- Certifications: Full Registration with valid practicing certification from the Singapore Medical Council.
- Qualifications: Post-graduate medical qualification is an added advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Scheduling: Regular schedule of 25-33 hours per week, including 2 nights and 1 weekend shift.
- Incentives: Attractive incentive schemes for doctors who provide quality care.
- Technology: Familiarity with Clinic Assist software and ability to see average 5-6 patients per hour.

- Patient Education: Skill in educating patients on healthy habits and disease prevention.
- Weight Loss Coaching: Knowledge of weight loss strategies and counseling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Nutrition: Understanding of nutrition principles and their application in healthcare.
- Screening: Familiarity with health screening protocols and procedures.
- Clinical Medicine: Strong knowledge of clinical medicine principles and practices.
