Job Description
  • Develop detailed design concepts and specifications for clients.
  • Assist in managing design development and site implementation from inception to completion.
  • Create 3D visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawings, and color renderings with detailed material specifications.
  • Supervise construction and liaise with contractors, possessing knowledge of technical aspects of design implementation.
  • Pprepare tender drawings and quotations/BOQs as per design requirement.
  • Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to meet budgetary and technical requirements.
  • Deliver prompt and professional services and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture.
  • Fluency in Chinese language (read, write, and converse).
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D software such as AUTOCAD LT, SketchUp, Enscape for rendering, and ADOBE CC (Photoshop and InDesign).
  • REVIT and project management knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, space planning from concept to implementation stage for residential and commercial projects.
  • Experience in interior renovation for Residential projects in Singapore is an added advantage.
  • Expert knowledge of the design process, including M&E and detail construction drawings, color & materials, furniture/carpentry systems, specifications, and detailing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to work independently.
  • Skilled in conceptual thinking and experiential design with ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly.
  • Familiar in preparing quotations and BOQs based on clients' preferred design.
