As a seasoned commercial litigation professional, you will leverage your expertise to represent clients in high-stakes business disputes. Our team thrives on tackling complex legal challenges and protecting our clients' interests through both court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional judgment and analytical skills, as well as broad subject matter experience across commercial litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess a strong professional presence and client focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent leading technology clients on high-stakes litigation and regulatory disputes across the APAC region.
  • Develop litigation strategy and draft substantive pleadings for matters throughout the globe.
  • Advise clients on risk assessments associated with newly developed products, policies, and business structures.
  • Draft submissions and other documents for international matters.
  • Coordinate experts and local counsel engagements.
The Skills and Attributes We Are Looking For
  • 2-5 years of commercial litigation/arbitration experience.
  • Experience with a top domestic or international law firm.
  • Admission: SG or US.
  • US law degree and bar qualification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to synthesize legal concepts and strategy into easy-to-digest client advice.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commercial/business awareness.
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
  • Team player with a 'firm/team first' mindset.
