International Marketing Director

We are seeking an accomplished International Marketing Director to spearhead our global marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and growth in diverse markets. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive international marketing strategies that align with our company's business objectives.
About the Role
As a seasoned professional in international marketing, you will lead cross-functional teams to identify key target markets, customer segments, and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Your expertise in global market entry tactics, customer acquisition, and digital marketing will enable you to drive brand development and positioning in global markets through targeted marketing campaigns, PR efforts, and thought leadership initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the international marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive international marketing strategy that aligns with the company's broader business objectives
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify key target markets, customer segments, and conduct competitive analysis
* Drive brand development and positioning in global markets through targeted marketing campaigns, PR efforts, and thought leadership initiatives
* Oversee the international marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment
* Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product innovations
* Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and materials they need to effectively promote products in international markets
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing strategies and campaigns
Requirements
* Proven 8 years experience in international marketing, preferably within the technology sector or a high-tech company
* Strong understanding of global marketing strategies, market entry tactics, and customer acquisition in diverse cultural contexts
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics and analytics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders across different regions and cultures
