Ces professionnels gèrent la comptabilité et la génération de rapports pour le portefeuille d'investissements de Nike, qui représente plusieurs milliards de dollars, ses instruments de dette et d'action, ainsi que d'autres activités visant à renforcer notre trésorerie.

Les employés du service Finance travaillent dans plusieurs régions et différents sites Nike, leur permettant de faire beaucoup plus que manipuler des chiffres. Ils sont responsables de l'élaboration de stratégies, des prévisions, des audits, des analyses, de la budgétisation et de la recherche, et prennent des décisions importantes.

Nous sommes en train de rechercher un leader financier qui soutiendra la zone Asie du Sud-Est et l'Inde (SEA&I), basé à Singapour. Ce rôle nécessite un individu motivé et autonome, avec une solide compréhension financière et commerciale, et capable de travailler de manière stratégique avec des partenaires commerciaux respectifs.

Quels seront vos tâches?

En tant que membre de l'équipe de planification financière de SEA&I, vous collaborerez avec l'équipe financière et les équipes cross-fonctionnelles pour rassembler et présenter les résultats financiers et l'histoire derrière les chiffres au leadership de la zone et à WHQ. Vous gèrerrez les prévisions financières, la budgétisation annuelle, les livrables périodiques, les plans à long terme de croissance et les projets stratégiques ad-hoc. Vous travaillerez également avec les équipes cross-fonctionnelles pour maintenir une évaluation robuste des risques et des opportunités. Vous serez responsable de la gestion du processus de planification de la marge, y compris la consolidation et la présentation des chiffres pour SEA&I. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires commerciaux pour fournir un soutien décisionnel en vue de maximiser la rentabilité en mettant en œuvre les évaluations de la marge et des prix pour SEA&I.

Qui travaillerez-vous avec?

Vous collaborerez avec l'équipe de finance de SEA&I et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes cross-fonctionnelles, notamment le marché, la merchandising, la planification de la demande et de l'approvisionnement, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et le contrôle. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes merchandising et prix pour mettre en œuvre les révisions de la marge saisonnière ainsi que les équipes d'exploitation pour planifier et optimiser les dépenses de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Vous travaillerez également directement avec l'équipe financière WHQ pour s'assurer de l'intégration des plans.

Ce que vous apporterez

• Un baccalauréat en sciences commerciales, avec un accent sur la finance et la comptabilité

• Une expérience de 8 ans au moins en finance, en analyse financière, en planification financière et stratégique, en comptabilité et en budgétisation

• Des compétences analytiques solides et un modèle financier, combinées à une solide compréhension financière et commerciale; la capacité de travailler avec de grandes quantités de données, de faire face à l'ambiguïté et d'être organisé et ressourceux

• Des compétences de communication verbale et écrite exceptionnelles, ainsi que la capacité de développer des relations influentes, collaboratives et hiérarchiques à travers les équipes, les fonctions et les couches

• Une maîtrise avancée d'Excel et PowerPoint
