**Project Leadership Expert - Wealth Management & Private Banking IT Projects**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead IT projects for our wealth management and private banking businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

  • Develop project charters, project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Implement technology solutions to support our wealth management and private banking business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to manage and train a team of business analysts responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives.

  • Maintain existing systems, coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues, ensuring IT services align with business needs and industry standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability in project management, IT service management frameworks.
  • Ability to multi-task and support senior stakeholders with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal) required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with positive attitude, proactive self-starter.
  • High degree of professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
  • Experience in Avaloq an added advantage.
  • Certification in Project Management/related certification such as ITIL/Agile an added advantage.
