At ASM FRONT-END MANUFACTURING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate production schedules and inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Analyze and resolve production-related issues, such as material shortages or equipment downtime, to minimize delays and optimize production efficiency.
  • Implement continuous process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM or SAP PLM, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
