The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver on PIPS research projects, ensuring all project deliverables are met. Key tasks include participating in and managing research projects with Principal Investigators, undertaking characterization of pharmaceutical active ingredients, polymeric excipients, and plasticizers, and collaborating with broader pharmaceutical research teams.

You will also perform lab-scale hot-melt extrusion of pharmaceutical materials to validate predicted processing conditions and product outcomes. Additionally, you will design, execute, and interpret experiments independently, author papers in high-quality journals, prepare and deliver reports and presentations for industrial partners, and coordinate procurement and liaise with vendors/suppliers.
