Job Overview

S-SPACE GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead the development of our overseas F&B App project. The ideal candidate will have experience in product design, communication with cross-functional teams, and data-driven decision-making.

About You

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, marketing, or related fields. You should possess work experience in APP or related industries, preferably with past experience in overseas brand catering design. Strong IT literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) are also required. Additionally, you should have strong presentation and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and developing the product features of the overseas F&B App project, including offline and online ordering capabilities.
  • Communicating effectively with product development and operation business teams across borders to promote product development, optimization, and implementation.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and optimizing the user experience and interface design of the product.
  • Proposing and implementing improvement plans based on an in-depth understanding of user needs.
  • Using data analysis tools to analyze user behavior and market demand.
  • Making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize product functions and user experience.
  • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with global teams and customers.
  • Possessing excellent copywriting skills, able to produce high-quality Chinese and English product documents and marketing materials.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, marketing, or related fields.
  • Possess work experience in APP or related industries, preferably with past experience in overseas brand catering design.

  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
