We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team at ST ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in designing, developing, and recommending changes to our compensation and benefits policies, programs, and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with our company's compensation strategy and adhering to relevant legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and recommend changes to the company's compensation and benefits policies, programs, and processes.
  • Champion and subject matter focal point of Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits processes.
  • Provide support to ensure smooth implementation and execution of the complete annual cycle of performance management, remuneration review, and benchmarking exercises.
  • Work with Compensation Partners and HR Business Partners to implement and maintain job design analysis, technical job evaluation, conduct survey job matching, and application of salary benchmarks.
  • Regularly participate and contribute to HR Operations/Information Technology meetings to ensure reward program system functional requirements are properly captured.
  • Develop rewards spreadsheet templates and write clear policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree with postgraduate C&B qualifications and at least 10 years of experience in implementing Rewards programs in a large organization.
  • Expert in Advanced Excel and has a knack of structuring spreadsheets to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Good team player attitude and able to work within a matrix environment.
Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum
