Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, handling customer feedback and complaints with a solution-focused approach, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and professional responses to customer enquiries via various communication channels.
  • Feedback and Complaints: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product-related queries with a solution-focused approach.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Operations Management: Manage daily operations on our e-commerce platform, including order processing, subscription tracking, and basic backend updates.
  • Support Services: Offer customer support related to billing, address updates, and other subscription-related tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business, Communications, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or logistics is highly desirable.
  • A problem-solver with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using tools such as WooCommerce, Zendesk, and social media for customer interaction.
  • Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Basic reading and writing skills in Japanese are required to communicate with logistics partners.
  • Experience using Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients is an asset.
