We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Operations Coordinator to join our team at CONINT PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the daily site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and specifications, and liaising with various stakeholders, including consultants, sub-contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization and arrangement of daily site operations, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve any issues.
  • Liaise with architectural supervisors, foremen, and draughtsmen to ensure smooth site operations and address any concerns.
  • Work closely with consultants to resolve architectural design and construction issues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sub-contractors to discuss progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Liaise with project teams to coordinate architectural and coordination shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
  • Responsible for material submissions, obtaining architect and owner approval, and maintaining records in accordance with ISO procedures.
  • Liaise with Project Managers on sub-contractor and supplier matters, ensuring seamless execution of site operations.
  • Propose cost-effective architectural materials and designs, considering ease of construction and project budgets.
  • Monitor Voice Of Customer (VO) feedback on architectural items, providing substantiation to Project Managers as required.
  • Track architectural schedules, material submissions, and deliveries, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with ISO procedures, adhering to company standards.
  • Advise project teams on architectural matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Plan and advise architectural supervisors and foremen on construction sequencing and arrangement, optimizing site operations.
  • Liaise with Project Managers on CONQUAS/QM assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect architectural works carried out by sub-contractors, accompanying client architects if necessary, to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Compile TOP documents from sub-contractors and suppliers for RI inspection and BCA submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support handing over kits and defects monitoring for a minimum of 3 months after TOP, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Submit as-built architectural drawings 2 months before TOP, providing stakeholders with accurate documentation.
  • Be prepared to work extra hours during peak operation periods, recognizing that this is part of the overall responsibility.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
