Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team at Geosmart International PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database system, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
  • Support: Assist in ad-hoc admin duties, create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, verify data by comparing it to source documents, update existing data, and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Organisation: Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost, greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication skills, high degree of attention to detail, data entry experience, and working knowledge of general office equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 35,000 - SGD 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
