Hotel Room Maintenance Associate

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in hotel premises. As a Hotel Room Maintenance Associate, you will play a vital part in maintaining the overall quality and comfort of our hotel rooms.
- Clean guest rooms, dorms, and capsules according to hotel policies and procedures
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and cleaned to the highest standards
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe and sanitary condition
- Report any faults or damages in various locations within the hotel
- Inspect and turn linens for outgoing washing or returning from laundry contractors
- Respond to housekeeping calls from guests or supervisors as required
- Update daily cleaning reports and submit to supervisors at the end of each shift
