Creative Responsibilities

You will apply strategic thinking and creative insight to every project, using storytelling to make complex concepts relatable and impactful. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Applying holistic perspectives to identify opportunities for clients
  • Expressing ideas and strategies clearly, using storytelling techniques to engage audiences
  • Mentoring and guiding junior planners to develop their skills and confidence
  • Possessing deep knowledge of market trends, audience behavior, and platform expertise
  • Working well with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitoring cultural shifts and industry developments, integrating relevant insights into planning
  • Identifying potential issues early and adapting plans to keep projects on track
  • Seeking ways to enhance skills and learn from experiences and colleagues
  • Engaging with senior client leaders to interpret findings from concept testing and develop campaign briefs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly creative role
  • A strong understanding of social media and related technologies
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills across various levels and disciplines
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
