Job Title: CMI Software Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CMI Software Developer to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software solutions using Java and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality source code that meets coding standards and deadlines.
  • Provide technical assistance during user acceptance testing and support applications in production.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience with Maven, Git, and integration testing.
  • Strong familiarity with Linux and bash.
  • Good knowledge of SQL or an SQL-inspired dialect.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud native architecture and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
  • Knowledge of the Spring framework and IoC, particularly Spring Boot and Swagger for RESTful web services.
  • Experience with messaging technology such as Kafka and MQ.

Education Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming and Systems Analysis, or a related field.
