Job Description:

The Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for performing counterparty risk assessment, reviewing accounts, recommending internal risk ratings and limits for new/existing financial institution counterparties. They will work closely with Relationship Managers to understand the needs of financial institution counterparties and make sound credit recommendations by balancing risk and business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough analysis of financial institution counterparties to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Review and assess the creditworthiness of financial institution counterparties.
  • Recommend internal risk ratings and limits for new/existing financial institution counterparties.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to understand the needs of financial institution counterparties.
  • Make sound credit recommendations by balancing risk and business needs.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and the business.
