As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing logistics, transportation, and customer services. Your primary goal will be to direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to meet customer demands.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and optimal costs.
- Monitor quality, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise, coach, and train the logistics workforce to maintain high standards of performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
