Job Opportunity:
We are seeking individuals who can provide exceptional patient care with passion and empathy, striving to continuously improve patient safety and quality.

About the Role:
We require a highly skilled professional to provide pharmaceutical care in various clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, ambulatory care, and community environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Dispensing and educating patients on their medications
  • Medication review and reconciliation
  • Therapeutic interventions and recommendations
  • Multidisciplinary rounds
  • Running ambulatory care clinics


Leadership and Quality Improvement:
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising the dispensing of medication and fee collection at our pharmacy according to protocols and legal requirements. Additionally, they will analyze information, work with team members, and other healthcare professionals to drive clinical and quality improvement initiatives, such as innovation, quality improvement, or patient safety projects.

Education, Training, Development, and Research:
We encourage the selected individual to participate in pharmacy education, research, personal, and leadership development activities. They will also be responsible for providing training for interns, pharmacy students, pre-registration pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians, as well as in-service programs for pharmacy personnel and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification and be registered with the relevant authority. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or retail environment is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations is also required.
