We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As an M&E Project Coordinator / Draftsperson, you will play a vital role in supporting our projects from planning to completion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems, local codes, and authority submission processes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered.

As an M&E Project Coordinator / Draftsperson, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating and managing M&E works, liaising with clients, contractors, and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
  2. Overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  3. Preparing, updating, and reviewing M&E drawings using AutoCAD.
  4. Conducting inspections of M&E installations, such as Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm systems.
  5. Coordinating with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
  6. Maintaining proper drawing records, managing revisions, and preparing submission/as-built documentation.
  7. Assisting in site measurements, verification of works, and other ad-hoc project-related tasks.
