Accounts Officer Job Overview

As an experienced Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions, verifying and processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoices based on supporting documentation.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in supplier payments.
  • Maintain the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support during monthly, bi-annual, and annual closings.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
