Job Title: Engine Component Inspector

As a key member of our engine component inspection team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of aircraft engine components. Our team is responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished engine components to ensure they meet specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of engine components using precision measuring instruments.
• Verify proper work clearance, correctness, and completeness of components.
• Prevent non-conforming parts from proceeding to the next work station.
• Support Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers during evaluations and audits.
• Collect and report feedback on inspected parts' quality.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks as required.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical, Precision, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and SOPs in English.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Possession of CAAS Air Legislation Paper L11, L12, or C14.
• Knowledge of flaws and defects.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team player attitude.
