Job Summary:

The Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the development of nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Full or conditional registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Advanced Diploma in Nursing certificate and any other relevant certification.
  • Valid yearly nursing practicing license.
  • Valid BCLS & AED provider certificate.
