Marketing Research Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing research and analysis, with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from sources such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, search engines, CRM software, email marketing tools, and data lakes.
  • Use descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Present findings in PowerPoint slides and dashboards.
  • Set up and maintain automated dashboards on Looker Studio and Power BI.

Research

The successful candidate will conduct environmental scanning to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities. They will also conduct primary and secondary research to gather information and insights that inform marketing strategies.

Strategy and Insights

Using data and insights, the Marketing Research Analyst will help develop marketing strategies and plans, including recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing research and analysis.
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
