Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and reconcile sales and purchase records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze financial statements and identify variances between sales profit and accounts profit.
  • Present findings in structured reports and dashboards to senior management.

In addition to your analytical skills, you must have excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Ability to extract and manipulate data from different systems (Excel, ERP, CRM, Accounting software).
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts.

Desirable skills include experience in sales/profitability reporting, business intelligence, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Prior experience in industries with complex inventory and purchase cycles is also advantageous.
