The role involves supporting the Natural Rubber Team including Natural Rubber prices and volumes, preparing Financial Statements for Management Plan, actual and forecast, and management reporting for Head of Natural Rubber and CFO of South East Asia Pacific operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Natural Rubber Team including Natural Rubber prices and volumes.
  2. Prepare Financial Statements for Management Plan actual and forecast.
  3. Management reporting for Head of Natural Rubber and CFO of South East Asia Pacific operations.
  4. Support local purchasing team.
  5. Monitor price and volumes.
  6. Report on variances in logistics costs.
  7. Conduct periodical meetings locally and with HQ to explain the main variances highlighted.
  8. Partner with the CFO in preparation of annual budgets as well as monthly forecast submissions.
  9. Provide any other ad hoc reports as required by HQ or CFO.

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Accounting or Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a related position.
  • Strong financial accounting controlling knowledge is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and management of heavy databases.
  • Knowledge of common systems used for Accounting and Reporting SAP HFM is highly recommended.
  • Capability to deal with complexity in a multinational environment is required.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration among different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommended.
  • A drive for achievement and a highly goal-oriented mindset is essential.
