Job Opportunity: Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient, cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations.
  • Manage and optimize logistics partners, and delivery methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervise staff and oversee daily operations.
  • Prepare and present logistics performance reports to management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and support organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); advanced skills and proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Class C driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/night shifts if required.
