We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at ED. ZUBLIN AG, SINGAPORE BRANCH.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in network and system administration, with experience in coordinating IT tasks, collaborating with internal teams, and managing multiple complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all IT tasks related to project implementation, including network setup, system configuration, and software installation.
  • Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd level support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Administer and document IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
  • Manage multiple complex technical issues, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Plan and implement new site office installations, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Active Directory, file server administration, and other relevant technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or equivalent position, with a strong background in network and system administration.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks, including internet security and data privacy principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL certification is desirable.
  • CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred.
