The Role:
This is a critical leadership position within the medical department. We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee and guide medical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor medical staff to optimize performance and productivity;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and minimize risks;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by law and organizational regulations;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication;
- Provide coaching and training to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
Requirements:
- MD/DO or equivalent degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in healthcare;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively;
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
