Job Summary

Henderson Security Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced Security Operations Manager to lead our Command Centre operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall activities in the operations center, planning, deployment, and tracking of security operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide effective leadership to the operations team, ensuring they adhere to established procedures and SOPs.
  • Direct and coordinate the overall activities in the operations center, including planning, deployment, and tracking of security operations.
  • Oversee security operations and manage escalation processes according to respective SOPs.
  • Act as the focal point for any incidents involving security, preparing reports, taking follow-up action, and informing the management team.
  • Provide additional operational support to the management team as required.
  • Use data to provide analysis, highlight issues, and recommendations for operations efficiency.
  • Train and supervise operations team members to ensure they adhere to established procedures and SOPs.
  • Seek continuous improvement in operation and admin processes.
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Build winning relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a security command centre outfit or establishment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for operations efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
