The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process optimization initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results-oriented solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement process changes. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing risks related to requirements and scope creep.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed functional and non-functional requirements documents">
  • Collaborating with business unit specialists to elicit and review business requirements">
  • Analyzing and documenting 'to-be' business and operations processes based on agreed requirements">
  • Performing impact assessments and monitoring risks related to requirements and scope creep">
  • Writing business functional release notes and contributing to deployment plans">
  • Documenting detailed requirements in line with bank standards">
  • Understanding existing technology landscape to deliver seamless integration">
  • Working with various operational teams to establish new procedures as needed">
  • Engaging with stakeholders to streamline system and operational processing">
  • Managing change processes within the analysis phase">
  • Reviewing and signing off functional specs prepared by system analysts">
  • Providing support for System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)">

Required Skills and Qualifications

• AML knowledge

• Business analyst experience in AML domain

• 10 or more years of banking experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results-oriented solutions
