We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Project Growth Manager. This exciting opportunity will require you to support APAC Territory Management in achieving strategic and commercial objectives. As a trusted partner, you will drive growth initiatives, streamline processes, and foster organizational development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving revenue growth and market expansion through sales partner development programs, strategic projects, and market intelligence.
- Aligning regional strategies, conducting market analysis, and supporting initiatives for growth.
- Optimizing processes and implementing standards to improve operational efficiency.
- Acting as a central coordinator to align teams and key stakeholders.
- Promoting innovation by introducing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Requirements
This role demands a highly motivated and organized individual who can drive growth initiatives, streamline processes, and foster organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a background in project leadership, preferably gained in an international context. Strong analytical skills are required to interpret (commercial) data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through management reports and dashboards. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to engage at all levels, including external partners.
Skills and qualifications required include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results.
- Several years of professional experience in the industrial or management consulting sector.
- Ability to think strategically and align regional strategies.
- Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.
