Quality Assurance Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Quality Assurance Officer.

  • Daily/Weekly Routine Validation Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, MSC standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Nonconformance Investigation and Reporting: Investigate and report on any observed nonconformances and customer returns.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing the organization for customer audit, regulatory audits and external accreditation reviews.
  • Internal Audit and Design & Development: Participate in internal audit and design development programs.
  • Laboratory Testing and Data Analysis: Perform monthly laboratory tests, data analysis and quality reports.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Diploma in Food Science or Quality or related professional Engineering certificate, with at least 3 years of QA working experience in the Food & Beverage or Food Packaging Manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management system is required, with ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification a must. Additional certifications such as ISO or FSIS 22000 / HACCP Internal Auditor are advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Analytical thinking, decision-making, reporting, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin languages, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
