We are seeking a skilled Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural detailing, codes, and design standards.

Job Description:

  • The Architectural BIM Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in preparing and updating the Architectural BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in alignment with Singapore BIM Guide and project-specific requirements.

  • The role involves coordinating and integrating architectural models with other disciplines to ensure design accuracy, clash-free outputs, and adherence to BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) specifications.

  • The BIM Coordinator will review and manage data exchange of architectural models, ensuring completeness and quality control.

  • Attending and supporting BIM coordination meetings, conducting clash detection, and tracking issue resolutions across stakeholders is also a key responsibility.

  • The role requires preparing and supporting BIM submissions to authorities for regulatory compliance.

  • Performing architectural modelling and adjustments when necessary to support project needs is also essential.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure the BIM model is aligned with actual construction progress.

  • Assisting the BIM Manager in implementing and enforcing BIM workflows, standards, and timely deliverables is also a key aspect of the job.

  • The BIM Coordinator will handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the project or management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field is required.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM coordination or model management is essential.

  • Familiarity with architectural detailing, codes, and design standards is necessary.

  • Sound knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD workflows; certification in BIM will be advantageous.

  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or other related software.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
