About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Periodic Review Specialist to join our team at Bank of Singapore. As a key member of our Private Banking department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trust company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform periodic reviews on trust client accounts in accordance with scheduled cycles and regulatory requirements.
  • Review source of wealth background of clients, corroborate declared net worth, and assess supporting documentation.
  • Carry out name screening in accordance with bank standards and conduct assessment on potential hits.
  • Complete periodic review checklists and assessments for trust relationship manager and team head sign-off.
  • Interact with front office to obtain documents and track due reviews.
  • Ensure client due diligence documents are up to date and accurately recorded.
  • Ensure outstanding matters are attended to or escalated accordingly.
  • Obtain Compliance approval where required and review permanent files to ensure good order and completeness.
Requirements
  • Min Degree/Diploma holders with 3 to 5 years in banking/financial industry, experience in KYC/AML/Compliance/Risk, and knowledge of anti-money laundering procedures.
  • Team player with strong organizational and risk awareness skills.
