Job Description

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring high standards of service and clinical quality in health screening projects. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage logistics for health screening projects, including setup and teardown.
  • Register clients and collect payments with accuracy and precision, and arrange post-screening reviews.
  • Facilitate patient flow and ensure staff have a comprehensive understanding of every station within the operational flow.
  • Perform duties such as taking blood pressure, height, and weight, arranging urine tests, and filling out forms.
  • Promote packages and add-ons to health screening participants.
  • Generate and send medical reports to clients.
  • Maintain clean and organized station areas.
  • Ensure optimal manpower utilization and coverage based on client load.
  • Oversee facilities and enhance operating efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing corporate statistics and lifestyle surveys.
  • Maintain client relationships and liaise with them for project renewal.
  • Handle procurement of products/services with effective cost savings management.
  • Adequately stock office supplies, project materials, and activity resources.
  • Prepare Service Agreements and Introducer Agreements for Sales teams.
Requirements

  • Basic statistical knowledge.
