Customer Service Role in Central Singapore

Our Japanese restaurant is seeking a high-performing Customer Service staff to join our team. This role will involve delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to all patrons.
  • Maintain full knowledge of our menu to make informed recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health codes, and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Operate the dishwashing machine effectively.
  • Perform other duties as required for optimal operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • A strong passion for service delivery and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to adapt.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays when needed, with compensatory time off provided.
