Requirements and Qualifications

For consideration, applicants must possess:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Information Security, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • A minimum educational qualification of Graduation is required.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA/HITECH, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, and SOC 2.
  • Proficiency in threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and incident response.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM, and ISO 27001:2013 LA are advantageous but not mandatory.
