Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Rotating Equipment Specialist

Job Description:

The role involves conceptual, basic, front-end engineering design, and detailed engineering of mechanical rotating equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial codes like ASME B&PV, API, ANSI, ISO related to mechanical design.


Key responsibilities include preparing technical specifications, material specifications, requisitions, and scope of works. The candidate must be able to develop and evaluate vendor documents, conduct site surveys, and prepare reports.


Additionally, the successful candidate will perform design reviews, interdisciplinary coordination, and review EPC construction specifications, detailed design calculations, and drawings.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering of Mechanical Rotating Equipment
  • Familiarity with Rotating Mechanical Equipment, Air Compressors, Pumps, fire-fighting pumps, marine loading arms, turbines, conveyor systems, etc.
