This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor or Captain in a semi-fine dining establishment. As a key member of our kitchen and service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
- Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in a semi-fine dining setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Prior F&B and wine knowledge will be an advantage.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $3,000 to $3,600 (Captain: $2,750 to $3,200) plus AWS + Bonus.
