Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Center Director to join our team at ENG JIAN TRADING. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty center, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise beauty therapists, estheticians, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability. Handle cash management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to promote services and products. Analyze sales data and customer trends to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of beauty products and supplies. Maintain vendor relationships for supply procurement.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Service Development: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging treatments. Introduce new services and promotions to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: A degree or diploma in business management, cosmetology, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications may be required, depending on the services offered.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry is essential. Experience as a beauty therapist or esthetician may be advantageous.
  • Skills: Leadership skills, communication skills, customer service orientation, financial acumen, sales and marketing skills, and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
