  • Ability to interpret 2D drawings and create accurate 3D models, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or drafting, with a strong foundation in building information modelling and management.
  • Previous experience in BIM modeling or drafting in the Singapore construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
