Job Overview
The Lifeguard Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our pool users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising swimming activities, enforcing pool regulations, and providing emergency assistance when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise pool area activities to prevent accidents and ensure member safety
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
  • Perform first aid, water rescue, and CPR as necessary
  • Participate in pool preparation, maintenance, and reporting tasks
  • Evacuate swimmers from the pool during adverse weather conditions
  • Support the Manager in duty planning and administrative tasks

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidates with no lifeguard certification can apply; training will be provided
  • Certification or prior experience in lifeguard duties is advantageous
  • Full-time candidates must be willing to work shifts and weekends
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential
  • Candidates should be able to provide basic life support and respond to emergencies

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum
