Job Title

Be a Leasing Manager and oversee the leasing process for our malls.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and administration scope.
  • Source new concepts and prospects that align with our mall's positioning.
  • Negotiate and monitor lease terms.
  • Stay up-to-date on periodic retail market trends.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to enhance financial performance.
  • Prepare budgets and business plans.
  • Oversee tenancy schedules, management reports, and other related documents.
  • Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and submitted timely.
  • Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Foster cordial tenant relations and partnerships.
  • Guide and develop leasing team members, unlocking their potential.
  • Build strong working relationships with operations, marketing, cluster malls, and core functions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant leasing experience.
  • Real Estate or Property Developer background is advantageous.
  • Immediate start is preferred.
