About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Manager to join our Business Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Finance agenda forward and shaping the future of our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used
  • Leading research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from internal resources
  • Determining digital Finance strategies and designing Finance Operating Models

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting discipline
  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a Process Champion or Consultant
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and functionalities
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
