Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a dental assistant program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
  • Current certification as a certified dental assistant (CDA) or registered dental assistant (RDA), depending on your state's requirements.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
