Job Description:

The Operations Department seeks a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in project progress, claims, and ensure proper execution of works based on project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan the project schedule and track key milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Liaise with sales to request procurements and collaborate with the procurement team for timely delivery.
  • Prepare project documents such as drawings, method statements, risk analysis, transmittal forms, application forms, and handover documents.
  • Liaise with external vendors for submission of relevant documents to authorities.
  • Ensure all documentary evidence and records are properly documented, organized, and filed for substantiation and billing purposes.
  • Attend site meetings with architects, consultants, and engineers to facilitate communication management and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver regular reports or updates on project status to the project team and key stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

Maintain safety procedures, rules, and regulations, eliminating or reducing hazards at the workplace.

Assist with ad-hoc duties to expedite project turnaround.
