Teaching Opportunity for Portuguese Language

As a freelance language instructor, you will enable learners to achieve the proficiency needed to communicate effectively in languages from around the world. Our organization offers a diverse range of teaching experiences, including group courses and personalized 1:1 sessions both face-to-face and online.

You will lead engaging and informative individual or group sessions that meet various communicative or academic language learning objectives. Your goal is to create a positive, motivating, and effective learning environment that encourages and supports learners and guides them towards their goals.

  • Develop original lesson plans and activities based on our materials aligned with our syllabi or customized for individual learners and corporate clients.
  • Evaluate learners' performance in class as well as review homework and grade written and spoken production in assessments.
  • Provide additional support to learners who require extra help to keep up with their group or meet their goals.
  • Enhance existing programs with feedback and development work or assist in creating original programs for individuals or corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on courses or development and share ideas and materials while participating in school events.
  • Conduct placement interviews to assess new learners and recommend the most suitable course for them.
  • Document learner progress and growth and prepare helpful progress reports.
